Soulstice Sculpt
Yoga sculpt has a strong focus on strength and intensity. Sculpt practice combines cardio and weights, making it unlike your typical yoga classes and more like a workout class. However, what sets yoga sculpt apart from other intense workouts is that yoga sculpt, like all yoga classes, has a mental and emotional focus. Not only do these classes strengthen your body, but they also strengthen and challenge your mind. Sculpt combines music, breath, movement to deliver a full body workout. Sculpt yoga will assist you on your path for managing stress and increasing endurance, strength and flexibility.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa flow classes are designed for the student to build their own heat via breath work and intense physical awareness. We will focus on learning the breathing exercises, yoga postures, and yogic philosophy through mindful movement. This all-levels practice cultivates focus, alignment, stamina, and flexibility. Vinyasa Flow classes feature an upbeat soundtrack, challenging sequences, heartfelt messages, and a sense of humor to inspire us as we move off of our mat and into the world.
Soulstice Slow Flow
Slow flow classes help you find the space between poses. We move slowly through a series of fluid postures, flowing continuously through sequences of sun salutations and standing/seated postures Emphasis on linking breath to movement, while relieving tension in the body, holding stretches and moving mindfully. Though the pace is great for those newer to yoga, expect a challenge at any experience level.
